Ingredients
4 oz. turkey kielbasa, cut into 16 slices
1/3 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
16 RITZ Crackers
4 tsp. barbecue sauce
Directions
  1. Cook kielbasa slices in nonstick grill pan over medium heat 1 to 2 min. on each side or until heated through and evenly browned on both sides. Remove from heat.
  2. Top with cheese. Let stand 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted. 
  3. Top crackers with kielbasa slices. Drizzle with barbecue sauce. 
  4. Serve warm.

Special Extra: Sprinkle with sliced green onions or chopped fresh chives before serving. 

 

Substitue: Prepare using your favorite variety of shredded cheese, such as Colby Jack cheese.
